I’m Bob Morton and I’ve been at the Alliance Church of the
Valley since June of 04. Most of our ministries had kept us in
Minnesota until then. We really love the beauty both of
Wisconsin and the people of our church. I attended and graduated
from Crown College (formerly St. Paul Bible College) in
Minnesota in 1974. While there I met my wife Joannie. We’ve
served five other churches over the years as well as served at
Crown College for a time. We have raised our three children who
now all live in the Twin Cities area. Our four grandchildren are
a source of great delight and we are so glad to have them close.
I’m committed to building people through the exposition of God’s
Word. Additionally, I hope to enhance a vibrant Missions heart
within our church as we seek to complete the Great Commission
Christ has given to us. Personally, I’m seeking to continue my
own development into Christ-likeness. I hope you will consider
coming to our Church and let’s GROW TOGETHER.

Hi, my name is
Jeff Naegelen, and being the associate pastor for adult
ministries is a privilege and a joy. I currently oversee 3 main
areas of ministry: Outreach into the community; Discipleship,
Small Groups and adult education; Assimilation of new people
into the fabric of church life. It brings great joy being used
by God to help people get to know and understand Jesus better,
and to grow in their faith and walk with Him. It’s also a lot of
fun to help people connect and develop meaningful relationships
with one another in the church, in the community and around the
world.
Crown College
in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota is my alma mater, where I graduated
in 1983 with a Bachelors of Religious Education. Prior to that I
received a 1 year Bible Certificate from Northwestern College in
Roseville. I was an Admissions Counselor for Crown College until
1989 before going into youth ministry in Hawaii. I came to
Alliance Church of the Valley in January of 1991 and served as
the youth pastor until August of 1997. I then went to Missouri
Valley, Iowa for nearly 4 years to serve as a pastor of a young
church plant before returning to Alliance Church of the Valley
in April of 2001.
My wife DeeAnn
and I are thankful to God for bringing us together. We have been
happily married for 17 years, and have three wonderful children,
Josiah (13), Elliana (6), and Hope (3). We take great comfort in
knowing that our children enjoy coming to church and
participating in the various programs offered and the care given
by such loving people. This is not only a great place to raise
our children, but a great place to serve our Lord and Friend
Jesus Christ. I hope you’ll join us, and experience what I’m
talking about. |
