There are a variety of programs available to assist parents in helping their children to know Jesus, in teaching them the Bible, and in developing loving, healthy friendships with other children and caring adults.

Join Us for an Irish Adventure!
Pack your bags and get ready for a journey across the rolling green hills at this year’s Vacation Bible School: Emerald Crossing! From July 13–17, we are inviting families and children to join us for an unforgettable week as we explore the beauty of Psalm 23 through a fun-filled Irish lens. It will be a week packed with high-energy games, creative crafts, and meaningful lessons that bring the Shepherd’s care to life in a vibrant, adventurous way. We can't wait to see your family at the crossing this summer!

ACV Children’s Ministries: To Know, Grow, and Show God’s Love!
The Alliance Church of the Valley is a SAFE place, where all of our teachers and assistants are screened, have signed a volunteer form complying with the Child Protection Policy and have demonstrated a commitment to Jesus and to our church mission statement.
Sunday School
September-May
9:00-9:50 am
Children ages 3 (AND potty trained) through fifth grade have fun learning about Jesus in their Sunday School classes from September through May. Active learning and participation is practiced through understanding the Bible, singing songs, playing games, making crafts and memorizing Scripture.
Children's Church
All year round
10:00-11:00 am
We have Children’s Church available during the 10:00 AM service for children ages three through six years old. Children can go directly to the Children’s Church room, on the lower level of the church, before the beginning of the service. Children are kept in the Children’s Church room until parents pick them up after the service.
Awana
September-May
Wednesdays 6:45-8:15 pm
September through May, children ages three through sixth grade look forward to getting together on Wednesday nights from 6:45 to 8:15 pm for our AWANA program. During this time children play games, hear great lessons from the Bible, recite verses they have memorized during the week, enjoy a treat and are eligible to receive prizes.
Nursery
Infants-36 Months
Sundays 8:45-11:00 am
Infants and children up to age 36 months can be cared for in our nursery by our loving nursery volunteers during our Sunday service, Sunday School and our Wednesday night programs. The Nursery is located on the main level near the Worship Center. If you prefer to have your children with you during the service, a Cry Room is available within the Worship Center for your use if your little one is experiencing unhappiness. You will be able to both see and hear the service inside of it.
