After moving to Wisconsin 21 years ago, Tom and Marian joined ACV within a few months. Marian passed away nearly three years ago. Earlier this year, Tom sold their home to daughter Kim Erickson and her husband Jon, who are now members at ACV.

Tom volunteers at the Open Cupboard, a food shelf in Osceola. Before that, he delivered food for Meals on Wheels in New Richmond. He has served in several ministries at ACV and is now looking forward to another term as an elder.

"Including serving as an elder in an Alliance church in Minnesota, I have served a total of 30 years as an elder. It is exciting to see God at work in the Church and in the lives of people as we seek His direction when we meet as elders: changing lives by following Jesus." Elder Tom Isley
